Full Job Description

Liscious Events Ltd is looking for a web designer/developer. Experience in WordPress and CSS is a must. Flexible working coordination within the team and attractive holiday packages. It is a great opportunity to progress personal skills to further the talent of the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and launching websites based on original artwork by the design team or independently.
  • Writing clean and well-structured code
  • Talking to users and managing support requests
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and excellent standard
  • Design, develop and maintain new & existing website to meet the specified requirement.
  • Designs web pages including graphics, animation, and functionality to maximise visual effectiveness and facilitate appropriate access.
  • Establishes methods to ensure appropriate website security and recovery.
  • Writes and publishes content for the website.
  • Designs and develops web interfaces for relational database systems.
  • Tests website interaction and performance prior to going live and monitors and maintains functionality of the website.

We are looking for a creative and energetic Fashion Designer to produce high quality designs. You should have basic knowledge of garment technology and the production process. Besides designing clothes and accessories, you should also conceptualize and forecast design trends. 

Your ability to visualize patterns differently and market those to retailers, fashion houses and boutiques will be an added advantage. Also, converting rough sketches into eye-catching designs and going an extra mile to offer client satisfaction is a bonus. 

You will be responsible for visiting textile showrooms, fashion shows and events to check the latest collections. Your keen interest in creating designs to represent a specific colour palette or mood is vital. You should be able to develop patterns that not only capture the spirit but also appeal commercially. 

Your responsibilities also include guiding your team members, calculating the production cost and identifying niche markets for your designs. You should be able to negotiate with vendors when sourcing fabrics and trims. You will be responsible to oversee the production process and ensure timely delivery of the final product.
